  1. I have a few questions about attendance and absences in college..... For my school (and most others that I have read), it is pretty much decided by each individual professor, which is quite different than high school obviously. In general, do the professors require that you attend every class? What about labs?

And what about being sick? In high school, since it is mandated by the government, every time I was out sick I had to get a note from my doctor for my dates of absences. Does the same apply to a college or do they just take your word for it?

Also, when you are sick in college, do you go to class anyway? Unfortunately I get sick a lot -- including problems with asthma -- and although I go when I have something that ISN'T contagious (e.g. just feeling awful from allergies), there are some times when I have like the flu or a stomach bug or my asthma is so bad that I'm doing nebulizer treatments every 4 hours and it just isn't feasible to go... Do most people stay home under those circumstances?
How you can solve a problem?
If you're sick and can't attend a class, email the professor and let him know. Also, ask about assignments.
If employees are regularly calling in sick it can delay projects and mean there is no consistency within teams, leading to low productivity levels. Even those who rarely have sick days can suffer from low motivation if their colleagues are regularly absent.
thank you for read my paragraph.

  2. In the case of justified absence, teachers have a responsibility to assist the student to catch up on missed work or assessments. The student is responsible for liaising with their teachers and dean to organise this.

Unjustified Absence – where the Principal has been notified by the parent/guardian that the student will be absent, but the reason for the absence does not fit within the school’s policy as a justifiable reason to take the student off school, i.e. travelling overseas, family holiday, etc.

In the case of unjustified absence, the responsibility rests with the parent and student. Teachers are not required to make special arrangements for students to catch up on missed work or assessments. This will mean that if a student misses an assessment, they will not be able to get these credits.

    Absence due to medical reasons:

If your child is absent due to illness, please email the Tutor Teacher, or provide them with a hand-signed note, the day your child returns to school.

Senior students who miss an internal assessment due to illness will need to provide a medical certificate to allow them to do the internal assessment at a later date.

  4. Couples are being urged not to spend thousands on a wedding and advised to opt for cheaper weddings to escape from heavy debt. A forum highlighting how families can ease the financial burden on the groom was held recently in a local function hall in Jeddah. Several wedding planners and families with aspiring couples attended the forum.
The forum discussed ways of restraining the cost of weddings and to avoid starting married life burdened with debt. Weddings can cost up to SR100,000 and extravagant ceremonies reach SR1 million.
Mona Rub, a wedding planning expert said that the burden of dowry stresses out grooms and the additional wedding expenses lead to more strain. Likewise, the brides-to-be need not imitate people who spend thousands of riyals on their big day.
“Money is the biggest reason for the collapsing of a relationship. One should not dream of the big fantasy wedding but dream instead of a happy married life and the best way to attain then is not to start with a heavy debt.
The aim of this gathering is to raise awareness on less expensive weddings,” she added.
Sadia M., also a wedding counselor mentioned that several couples demand the best decorations and unique entrance. “It is amusing to hear the ideas of the couples. The majority of them are ready to spend around SR30,000-SR50,000 only on a table and stage decorations excluding other expenses. Sometimes such expensive wedding lead to debt and even end in divorce. It is important to create awareness about less expensive weddings,” she said.
Other speakers motivated the attendees to go for mass weddings and advised aspiring couples and their families to avoid unnecessary expenditure.
Saher Al- Saggafi, an observer said, “Weddings these days have simply become a showoff. The true meaning of marriage is lost. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said the best wedding is the simple one. So it is important to keep the essence of a real wedding.”
“I have arranged my daughter’s wedding with three other girls from my family, in order to place less pressure on the groom,” Al-Saggafi said.

  6. It is possible for a man and a woman to get married in Saudi Arabia, even if they are not nationals in the Kingdom. Due to the fact that only the Muslim religion is permitted in the Kingdom, expatriates can only get married in their Embassy and each country’s embassy has different requirements in order to process the marriage certificate.

Saudi Arabia is run by Sharia Law and it is quite strict with regards to relations between men and women. Unmarried couples are not allowed to live together or even to meet socially. Intimacy outside the marital bond is strictly prohibited as is pregnancy and the consequences for those that break this law are dire. Saudi Arabia does not recognise civil unions and homosexuality is illegal.

  7. Unemployment levels are increasing dramatically in many parts of the world. Why is this, and can it be avoided? The permanently unemployed have no income, and many choose the alternative of income by crime. Would you rather live in a country with no unemployment? Here is a sure way to eliminate unemployment!!

Unemployment is an unbalance between the supply and the demand of working hours.

We all know that the efficiency of all types of machines is increasing yearly. We need fewer people to produce the same goods. Work time has been reduced in the past 200 years from about 12 hours a day to less than 8 hours per day and the working week from 7 days to 5.

  8. I will talk Marriage expenses in KSA .

New marriage patterns in the Arab world have not affected the costs of weddings. Despite the financial crisis, the Middle-Eastern wedding industry has become a multimillion dollar business with an annual 20% growth. A survey conducted at the 2008 Bride Show Dubai showed that 43% of the visitors intended to spend between $5,000 and $14,000on jewelry compared to $1,000 in the US, while 21% of couples will spend more than $25,000. Furthermore, the average cost of a full wedding package in the region is between $30,000 and $140,000 compared to an average of $20,000 in the US.

This year’s Bride Show Dubai confirmed that some brides in the region are still willing to splash out on their wedding day.

Orders were placed for Ahmed Al Reyaysa’s one million dirham wedding gown embroided with half a million Swarovski crystals and for bling H20, the Swarovski-encrusted bottled water for the ‘person who has everything.’

Not everyone was oblivious to economic hardship and wedding planners are particularly concerned by the prohibitive cost of weddings. For the first time, the Bride Show Dubai, featured a Budget Tracker who gave advice on how to keep costs down.

  9. Student absences at college

Some students take absence more than Permissible absences so they get DN or some students have only late so they come to the college Under psychological and they be afraid of DN but some students don't absent any class so they come to the college at ease. I think if anyone absence one time without any excuse he will get absences most of the classes so in my view if you haven't excuse don't absent because that's your future be carefully about it because if you absent at the college you will be absent at your job. That's a big problem.

Islam also commends marriage, with the age of marriage being whenever the individuals feel ready, financially and emotionally.

In Islam, polygyny is allowed while polyandry is not, with the specific limitation that men can only have no more than four wives at any one time, with the requirement that they are able and willing to partition their time and wealth equally among the respective wives.

For a Muslim wedding to take place, the bride and her guardian must both agree on the marriage. Should either the guardian or the girl disagree on the marriage, it may not legally take place. In essence, while the guardian/father of the girl has no right to force her to marry, he has the right to stop a marriage from taking place,[citation needed] given that his reasons are valid. The professed purpose of this practice is to ensure that a woman finds a suitable partner whom she has chosen not out of sheer emotion.

From an Islamic (Sharia) law perspective, the minimum requirements and responsibilities in a Muslim marriage are that the groom provide living expenses (housing, clothing, food, maintenance) to the bride, and in return, the bride's main responsibility is raising children to be proper Muslims. All other rights and responsibilities are to be decided between the husband and wife, and may even be included as stipulations in the marriage contract before the marriage actually takes place, so long as they do not go against the minimum requirements of the marriage , dowry and saving the home and Set up a family celebration.

  13. Many student thank by end the semester they have to use all absent . However if they had emergency
what will be do. When we use absent use it for enjoy or relax and they don't care in future. In the essay mention the major problem and I give solution.

The more effect ,if you absent you lose information . Government spend money for you because you will build the future. Student need to understand and work .

The first solution to this problem is to give student more time to came the class . However this solution has advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is that students have enough time to come.
The disadvantage is that it don't came on the time they wait until the end time

The second solution is to encourage students to attend and increase their marek.

  14. The issue of unemployment is a suffer for the majority of countries in the world and it is clear that the wealthier a nation is, the better it deals with such a case. I think that everything derives from the point that in well developed states people are replaced by machines, robots and computers at work. Consequently they have nothing to do and become jobless . Unfortunately, inventions substituting people are much cheaper in exploitation. However, there are few things than can be done to stop this process and prevent it from evolving .

One of many elements causing unemployment is the too high cost of worker’s maintenance. There should be done something about it, until there would be a chance that private investors will employ more functionaries. In addition, however, in this case only politicians are able to act and everything depends on them, as only they are in power to lower the costs.

A useful suggestion for those who are job searching would be to take up more trainings or education, to gain new skills coherent with the needs of a market, what would be possible with a material support from the governments . As a result people would have proper qualifications for types of jobs available.

  15. Unemployment
Unemployment is serious problem that our government faces. Our leaders are trying their utmost best to solve it wisely. If it is not solved sooner, a social revolution may take plea to have its solution. The main cause of unemployment is the repaid growth of populations. Since independence the populations of India has increased by threes times its total. When people multiply, there raises the problems of unemployment and it becomes difficult for government to provide employment to a sufficient number of people. As a matter of principle it becomes the duty of government to provide employment to all as far as possible and we are blessed that our government is taking keen interest to solve this series problem of today. As the growth of populations is going unchecked, jobs and services in a given field commonly remains insufficient. When our youths do not find employment despite their best efforts, they get irritated and feel disappointed.

There are three types of unemployment, viz., labor class who are not educated, educated persons without possessing any technical qualifications and technical persons such as engineers and technical. Let us implore them one by one.

In case of labor class there are lakhs of people who earn their livelihood daily and gather themselves on some specific place just to find daily employment somewhere. They are not disappointed to a great extends. Sometimes they find employment and sometimes they return to their houses without finding employment. They are habituated to adjust themselves with the circumstance, though they also become irradiated and disappointed sometimes when problems of food and clothing arise before them. This is the case with general labor of the cities. As regards the agriculture labor of the village, they’re also not disappointed to a great extent as they find seasonal employment very easily in the farms and fields of big farmers.

Since the number of educated persons is increasing day by day, we are not in a position to afford a venue of work for this growing number. As such our educated persons are very much disappointed when they wander dark roads in search of employment. As they do not possess any technical and practical training, they only try to find clerical job which are not sufficiently according to the increasing number of educated persons. It has become a very ticklish problem which is being faced by our government.

As regards educated persons, possessing technical qualifications, they tend to be frustrated when they do not find employment despite their best qualifications. There can be in no two opinions that they find their employment very easily on the merits of their technical qualifications, but according to the increasing number of such educated persons also become victims of unemployment. Education is a very good thing and one must be educated but the irony of it is that when we offer educations to young people we are not in position to offer jobs to them. This is the very cause of disappointment among our educated youths.

The educated youth should change their mind also and they should think of self-employment, rather than searching jobs and services hither and there wasting their energy. In this way very serious problem of unemployment may be saved to a great extent.
