ENGLA210 Technical Report Writing; week # 5


Write a reply email of about 100 words to the following complaint:

Dear Mr Adams,

     I hope my email finds you well. I'm writing to complain about our order #123 of Samsung Galaxy phones.

     We received 40 phones instead of 50. The shipment arrived a week later than agreed.  I expect solving this problem as soon as possible.

      I look forward to your prompt reply.

    i sory to hear about your problem regarding the samsung phones shortage in the delivery package,the was due to a processing issue in the system,as for the late delivery i also apologise on behalf of the company that delivers it was because of the overload of the orders

    It's unfortunate to hear that shipment 123 was only 40 of the 50 phones, and it was late a week.
    The reason in this happening is because we have new members in training; they must have mixed the dates and quantity.

    I am very sorry for what happened to your order number 123 of the Samsung Galaxy phones, and I apologize on behalf of me and the uncle`s staff for the shipment late timing arrived plus the false numbers of galaxy phones.

    After what I heard from the staff members the reason why that the number of phones was 40 not 50 because of the lack of productivity and inventory, and about the week late shipment was caused by the very high demand this month, weaker than usual days.

    Don`t worry, we will put this problem on the top priority list to be solved by giving you the rest of order 123 as soon as possible and we are sorry once again for what happened plus that we will be very careful because the same problems do not happen again.

    We apologize for the inconveniences and losses caused by our company's misdeeds in the matter of the number of phones shipped to you and the delays experienced during shipment. The company was dealing with huge dispatches and the packing team may have packed few phones than the ordered number. The delay in the arrival of the shipment was caused by the experimentation of the firm to use a different delivery company. The company will be keen to ensure that the mistake of dispatching fewer products is not repeated in the future and the company will use the fastest means of delivery for the products to arrive in time.
