ReplyDeleteThe term junk food itself defines to the foods that do no good to your body and they are completely unimportant to the body. Junk foods have no or very less nutritional value and irrespective of the way they are marketed, they are not healthy to consume.
ReplyDeleteMost of them are high in saturated fats and sugar components and also excess of salts and lack any fiber. The only reason of their gaining popularity and increased trend of consumption is that they are ready to eat or easy to cook foods.
Also the ease of manufacturing and consumption makes the junk food market spread its influence so rapidly. People, of all age groups are moving towards junk food as it is hassle free and often ready to grab and eat.
Riyadh has many problems with traffic.The traffic jams of Riyadh are causing many serious problems such as difficulties in carrying patients to hospitals and reaching schools, offices and airports on time.Traffic jams peak at 7 a.m. when students go to school and employees start their commute.

ReplyDeleteCrazy drivers are the first problem in Riyadh because they are driven without main and they use their mobile phone when they drive, but the government still looking for the solution to the drivers who do not care about the people.
The first problem is the high speed this can end your life because you exceed the legal speed after that you will lose the control of your car, then you will get bad accident or you will die also there is no doubt with that so when you had an accident you will cause the congestion in the street.
In logical thinking and every good person want that the government should but high traffic violation for these people because some people do not respect the rules.
Secondly, the crowded in the morning and afternoon I mean this time for the student and staff to arrive to their jobs or school. I know we will not be able to solve the whole problem, but we should try.
The solution for this problem is building many bridges to less the number of crowded in Riyadh or to ease the move there because the street will be full cars. I know this will be more expensive project, however, the government should build the bridges to help people to move without problem.
In my opinion the beast solution for traffic in Riyadh is building a lot of bridges to help the tourists to stay in Riyadh without problem.

ReplyDeleteTraffic in Riyadh is a big problem and it has lots of effects on people. For example, many people get to their work late because they take long time driving on the road. Also, students cannot arrive to their school on time because of traffic jam. However in this essay I am going to discuss some of a good things that can be a solutions for this problem.
The first solution for this problem is build more new roads. This can be a good solution. For example, if the government build new roads, many employees and students will arrive early and without any problem. Also, it will reduce the traffic jams. However, the bad things of this solution is that it take long time to build new roads and it cost a lot of money.
Secondly, establish schools and supermarkets near houses is a good idea. It will prevent traffic congestions. For example, if we establish schools and supermarkets near hoses, many people will leave their car at their homes and will be able to get to their schools and supermarkets by walking. However, the disadvantage of this solution is that it take a long time and the government has far important things it should look after it.
In conclusion, although there are a lot of good things for this problem, in my opinion I think the best solution is taxing on the special roads. For example, if the government tax on the special roads and put a high fee , it will benefit the economy and it will be able to solve another problems.

ReplyDeleteHow many one of us isn't eating junk food? It's been normal even though it's very harmful and unhealthy choices, let's talk about junk food problems and solutions for this problem.
The first problem is that most of the junk food restaurants have a genetically modified foods which are harmful for us, all restaurants should use organic foods only because they're healthier for us than the genetically modified foods.
The second problem is that the junk food restaurants have a foods which have a lot of fats and sugars, the restaurants need to be humanistic and prepare the foods by a healthy way.
The third problem is the nutrition values are very low so you will fill your body with unwholesome foods, the restaurants should try to increase the food's nutrition values.
Fourth problem is the junk food leads to a lot of disease like, high blood pressure, diabetes, some times even cancer, and some psychology disease, and that's the main problem which keeps the junk food restaurants very harmful for humans! And we shouldn't eat from them.

ReplyDeleteMany of the people who live in Riyadh suffer from some traffic problems which require to solutions. These issues make people late, waste their fuel, put them in bad situations and other disadvantages of them. In this essay, I will show some solutions for these problems.
First of all, The government should rise the limits of the speed on the bystreets from 80 to 100 km/h. If they rise it, the employees, students and the other workers will can commute their work early. However, unless they make it 100 km/h and the workers live far away from their work, they will be late. Yet, if the government rise the limits of speed, there will be a lot of accidents. According to that, this solution could be efficient, but it could be dangerous for people also.
Second point, the government should make more parking on the streets, in front of supermarkets and the other important congested places. The reason for this is sometimes there is rush hour because there are no parking. Also, the government can convince a lot of congestion charges if they make more parking. Another reason, the vandalism will become less if there are more parking because some people if they do not find parking attempt to park above the sidewalk. On the contrary, this solution could cost much money from the country because it require a lot of materials.
In conclusion, these solutions have some advantages and some disadvantages for government and people. In my opinion, I think the second solution is better than the first one to solve some of traffic problems. This is because the second reason is safer than the first one and it has more benefits.

However, there are several solutions to this problem. The first solution is that the government should make healthy food less expensive than junk food. For example, it could give farmers money to grow cheap fruit and vegetables. As a result, people might eat more cheap and healthy food and less junk food. A second solution to the problem of junk food is that schools should teach children about nutrition. This is important because if children eat junk food all the time, they may develop health problems. For instance, if children become obese, they could get diabetes and need medicine. Finally, families should make sure that their children eat more healthy food. For instance, parents could give their children a healthy lunch to take to school, instead of giving them money to buy lunch. Because of this, those children would not have money to spend on junk food and they would have to eat healthily. In conclusion, although the issue of people eating too much junk food affects many countries, there are solutions to this problem. The government should make healthy food cheaper, schools should give their students nutrition education, and parents should give their children healthy school lunches. I believe that everybody should eat more healthy food because good health is very important.

So, in conclusion, although fast food tastes good and eating it once in a while is fine, eating fast food too frequently may result in health problems such as obesity or diabetes. The problems caused by fast food are mainly in the high sugar, salt and fat content in it. The amounts of sugar, salt and fat are too much for the body to handle, and so cause problems. There are some existing solutions to this problem..

Second, most the students and the workers go by own cars. Third, the people don't have anther transportation like, subway, buses, or underground. Also, the weather of this city is so hot. The people can't use bicycle to move from one place to another place for long distances especially on summer.
However, there are solutions for these problems, and each problem has a solution. First, the government of Saudi Arabia should build a subway and underground for the people, and the government should make the gasoline high price because it will be helpful to make the people use the subway. Second, the government should change the time for the workers or the students to decrease the traffic in Riyadh city. Also, they can build more streets for only cars and build streets for only buses.
In the short, the government can develop this city to solve these problems and make it better and helpful. In my opinion, I believe if the government follows these solutions, it will decrease the traffic in this city.
